Apply online for a Building Pre-Application
1. Staff will contact you by email or phone to complete the intake process.
2. When your application is accepted, you will be notified to pay fees online (as required).
3. Your application will advance through the plan review process.
4. Upon approval, staff will contact you for applicable permit issuance steps.
NOTE: If you are applying for any of the permits listed below, you can apply directly for these specific permit types online without the need for a Pre-Application.
