All Community Development Department (CDD) operations will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 25th and 26th, 2021 in observance of Thanksgiving Holiday.  Planning, Building, and Code Compliance services will not be available during this Holiday, including but not limited to, online permitting system account activation, receipt/processing of online applications, project reviews, building inspections, or external communications.  We will resume normal operations on Monday, November 29th, 2021.

New Users

If you are a new user and would like to obtain permits via the Web you may register for an account.  It only takes a few simple steps and you'll have the added benefits of obtaining simple permits via the web, scheduling inspections, seeing a complete history of applications, access to invoices and receipts, checking on the status of pending activities, and more.

The Town must validate your request for an account prior to use. Validation is typically completed within one business day.  You may receive a call from Town staff if additional information is required prior to completion of registration.
